The staff was friendly and efficient (I especially liked how quickly they responded to requests). The food was varied, with many fresh options available daily. I appreciated the all-inclusive dining experience. There was always something available. The coffee had rich flavour.

the food had a lot of variety and the location was right by the beach.

I found the cleaners started far too early. It woke us up every morning. the cleaning seemed superficial, the bathroom was dirty when i arrived. the cocktails didn't taste as they should, like the mojito, it was very watery.

The pool situation was a bit of a mess. people snagged sunbeds early and then vanished for hours. it meant finding a spot was like some kind of bizarre towel game i didn't sign up for. also, the general upkeep seemed a little lacking. The pool area could definitely use a good scrub, and the games room seemed like a relic from a bygone era, especially the pool tables. it wasn't terrible, but it didn't exactly scream 'well-kept resort'.

I found the pool area quite crowded. Getting a sunbed was like a morning race. people reserved them early, even if they weren't using them for hours. also, the evening entertainment was not very engaging. it lacked variety and didn't quite create the fun atmosphere i hoped for.
